Plans for redevelopment in this area includes Chestnut St., Elm St., Pearl St., and Badolato Dr. 

 

The redevelopment plan is rooted in a longtime vision for the area to develop into a modest scale commercial project that is anchored by food and beverage and arts and entertainment venues, as well as a combined work space area.  Plans have also taken into account potential medical/healthcare facilities and residential developments to help support the workforce within the redevelopment parcel.
